Residential layout at Chikkaballapura
The fact that real estate is a booming business for some time now is well known . It is an old adage which says that investment in land is the best one. Subsequent to the developmental activities, the first five buyers of property in the layout were given 100 bags of cement, to encourage them to construct houses on their plots and there is a huge demand for plots in the layout.

We have identified an extent of around 10 acres of land at Chikkaballapur, to come up with the concept similar to the one at peresandra. The identified land is in clear residential zone under Chikkaballapur Planning Area and is at a distance of 4Kms from the town.

Chikkaballapura is the district headquarters of the newly created Chikkaballapura district in the state of Karnataka, India. Located within 3 km of Muddenahalli (the birthplace of eminent engineer and statesman Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvarayya).
Chikkaballapura is situated adjacent to the upcoming $22 Billion, 12,000-acre (49 km2) BIAL IT Investment Region, one the largest infrastructure projects in the history of Karnataka and the largest IT region in India. It is a regional transport and educational hub, and is a major site for grape, grain, and silk cultivation. With recent development, it is widely believed that Chikkaballapura will become part of "Greater Bangalore."
Chikkaballapur to be made Satellite City.
In order to reduce congestion in Bangalore, the government has decided to develop Chikkaballapur as a satellite city. We can also find that steps to be taken to improve road connectivity, sanitation and water facilities in the town. The CM was speaking at the inauguration of the rail service between Chikkaballapur and Kolar, Saying that all pending railway projects in the state will be cleared on a priority basis.
 
Price Range
We have priced the plots at Rs.600/- per square feet. The interested buyers can pay the amount in 4 equal installments every six months. For every 3 months there will be a minimum hike of Rs.25 per sqft. By the end of 2 years, the minimum price per sqft will be Rs.800, for those buyers who are willing to construct houses, construction loans will also be arranged.
